Our fans have been clamoring for us to bring back lamb and we listened. We’re happy to announce a new take on the dish, Zesty Lamb, is now on the menu while supplies last. Being released alongside Zesty Lamb is our Pesto Hummus!
Zesty Lamb comes from a sous vide cooked, spice-marinated, halal leg of lamb. It can be ordered as a platter over rice with lettuce, and tomatoes, or on a sandwich with your choice of toppings. Guests can also order Zesty Lamb with Chicken, Gyro, or Falafel to make it a combo platter.
Zesty Lamb is incredibly tender with just the right amount of spice, It is seasoned with cilantro, cumin, coriander, Za’atar, black pepper, sea salt, parsley, cinnamon, and turmeric.
Up next in our series of rotating hummus flavors is Pesto Hummus. It combines the delicious flavors of olive oil, pine nuts, basil with pesto (garlic, basil, mint, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper) and roasted red pepper. Order it as a side or get some on top of your favorite platter!
