Dear Valued Guest:

At THG, the health and safety of our customers and employees has always been our #1 priority. We have a dedicated team of experts who are in close contact with state and local officials and are monitoring the latest information from the CDC, W.H.O., and National Restaurant Association to inform our decisions. At Corporate Headquarters, we have a dedicated Crisis Response Team available 24/7 should any location need assistance with a COVID-19 matter.

Protecting Your Dining Experience

As government officials gradually reopen businesses and allow our dining rooms to open (or conversely, close businesses down again due to COVID-19 spikes in certain states), we will follow best practices, as well as state and local guidelines, and adhere to the following operational tenets to help protect our employees and customers:

  • Ensure our Employees’ Wellness
All employees are being screened for COVID-19 to ensure they are symptom-free before returning to work, and we are conducting daily temperature checks at every restaurant before team members are allowed to begin their shift. We are also ensuring employees take advantage of our Paid Sick Leave policy if they do not feel well.
  • Maintaining Clean Restaurants
Prior to welcoming customers back into our dining rooms, we are thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the entire building using proven procedures and processes known to protect against contagious viruses like COVID-19. In addition to our already strict restaurant cleaning procedures — which exceed CDC guidelines — we will continue to regularly disinfect all customers’ and employees’ touchpoints using our CDC-approved disinfectant. This includes, but is not limited to, disinfecting customers’ tables after each use, as well as tabletops, pens, restrooms, door handles, and other common surfaces.
  • Practice Social Distancing
We are reconfiguring our dining rooms to create more space between tables so that you feel at ease when enjoying your meals in-store.
  • Wearing Protective Equipment/Masks
Following the CDC’s updated guidance regarding face coverings, we are requiring all team members to wear masks. Our culinary employees will continue to wear gloves, and all employees will continue to practice frequent and effective handwashing.
